1. About Terra Solutions
Terra Solutions supplies live feeder insects, dried feed products, nutritional products, and related ecosystem products.
Some products sold by Terra Solutions are live living organisms and therefore require special handling and delivery conditions.
2. Live Commodity Notice
Live feeder insects are living organisms and, despite our careful handling, are subject to biological variation.
Terra Solutions takes exceptional care to minimise stress during preparation, handling, packaging, and delivery.
While we strive to ensure products arrive in excellent condition, we cannot guarantee outcomes affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control after successful delivery, including environmental conditions, enclosure setup, handling, storage, feeding practices, or delays in customer acceptance.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders where necessary, including circumstances involving stock availability, operational limitations, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted and refunded where appropriate.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in GBP (£).
Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before order preparation and delivery.
5. Delivery Terms
Terra Solutions currently operates a local delivery service.
Delivery windows are agreed during checkout or confirmed directly with the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
Our driver will wait for up to 20 minutes from arrival.
If nobody is available to accept the order within this period, the delivery may be considered unsuccessful. Because live products are time-sensitive and perishable, redelivery may incur an additional delivery charge and refund eligibility may be limited.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Terra Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Live Arrival Concerns
If you believe your order arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide:

All concerns are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date or time.
Once order preparation has begun or delivery is in progress, cancellation, refund, or modification may no longer be possible.
8. Product Use & Animal Welfare
Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased products are appropriate for their animals, feeding practices, and husbandry conditions.
Terra Solutions cannot accept responsibility for outcomes caused by incorrect storage, handling, feeding, enclosure conditions, or misuse after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use, storage, handling, or delayed acceptance of live products following successful delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
10. Website Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, minor variations may occur, particularly with live products and natural materials.
Product photographs are illustrative and may vary slightly from supplied items.
